User Servicing

All the machines we supply are almost maintenance-free. Each operator is given guidance as to daily use of their machine, including simple procedures to be used at the end of each day of use. Following these simple guidelines is all that is needed to keep the machines in top condition.

Warranty

Each machine carries a full 12 month warranty. Our warranty terms and conditions are contained within the instruction manual.

Annual Inspection & Recondition Service

At the end of the first 12 months we offer a factory inspection and recondition service, which involves your machine being returned to the factory where it is passed through each stage of manufacture where worn parts are replaced, and changed parts are updated. The result of this service is that you receive a thoroughly reconditioned machine which is fully warranted for another 12 months. Please enquire for further details.
